Job Description

State Farm Insurance independent Agent in Winchester, Va is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team to build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including: auto, home and life insurance.


Responsibilities:

·Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, etc.

·Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.


Requirements

·Self-motivated

·Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

·Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows

·Dedicated to customer service

Ability to work in a team environment

Property and Casualty license (must have currently or obtain)

Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
