Custodian


Location: Belleville Area Special Services Cooperative


Qualifications Required


  • Must be highly dependable with regard to regular work attendance and punctual arrival
  • Personal fitness sufficient to participate in the safe lifting and moving of various job-related equipment
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Director, in his/her sole and exclusive role, may find acceptable and appropriate.
  • Possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent
  • Knowledge of various maintenance-related tools and equipment
  • Exerting 20 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, frequently, or constantly, is required
  • Experience in a maintenance-related field or trade preferred


Terms of Employment: Full Time/12 Month Position Working Evening Shift, most


of the year


Salary: To be determined based on experience and qualifications


Continent Upon: Board Approval
