Days- 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Superintendent I, this position will be responsible for mopping, sweeping and vacuuming floors; cleaning,disinfecting and stocking restrooms; dusting furniture, woodwork, etc.; emptying trash. This person must also be responsible for work completed by self; must be able to work overtime if required; must beavailable for emergency call-backs; must be able to establish good working relationships withfaculty, staff and students. The individual will also remove snow & ice, shampoo/clean upholstered furniture; be in contact with building occupants – must project neat appearance; ability to understand written/oral instruction.
