Job Description
Under general supervision, inventories and stocks par level location and medical supply carts; issues supplies and equipment; transports supplies to/from the storeroom area; assists with shipping and receiving activities; maintains inventory records of supply issues; performs physical count of storeroom inventories.


  • This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of AHMC Anaheim Regional Medical Center (“ARMC”). It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values of ARMC. The employee shall support Anaheim Regional Medical Center’s strategic plan and goals and direction of the performance improvement plan. The employee will also be expected to support all organizational expectations including, but not limited to; Customer Service, Patient’s Rights, Confidentiality of Information, Environment of Care and ARMC initiatives.


Education/Training/Experience


  • Effective communication skills, math aptitude
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of medical terminology, equipment and supplies, stocking and rotation practices, receiving functions and exchange cart and par level supply systems
  • Computer experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment that results in a high performance work team
  • Ability to use a PC and/or Handhelds
