Everyday Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with experienced lawyers to develop innovative defense strategies
• Conduct thorough legal research to bolster case strategies and arguments.
• Contribute to negotiations and discussions with opposing parties
• Actively participate in client interviews, evidence collection, and case assessment
• Assist in drafting various legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings
• Attend court proceedings, hearings, and trials
• Maintain meticulous and organized case records and documentation

What's Needed

• Passion for criminal defense, string desire to learn, attention to detail, self-motivated individuals
• Confident and comfortable presenting cases in court
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• 1-2 years of criminal law and courtroom exposure, Internships welcome
