Creative Specialist Jobs

i3 is seeking a Creative Specialist to support the company's commercial virtual training development and deployment platform. This position can be worked remotely.

Salary Range $50,000 – 60,000

The salary range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, geographic location, and any applicable laws.

Graphic Design

• Layout and Composition

Videography

• Filming
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proactive and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with regular check-ins and supervision from department leaders or teammates to communicate back progress and updates.
• U.S. Citizenship
• Previous experience in graphic design, visual communication, media arts, or a related field of study, or equivalent related experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns This includes the ability to conduct market research, identify target audiences, develop creative concepts, and track the performance of campaigns.
• Video editing
• Distribution (Web & Social)
• Storyboarding
• Ability to travel for domestic and international requirements This may be necessary to attend conferences, meet with clients, or conduct research.
• Enthusiastic, passionate and strong work ethic.
