Creative Director

• Deliver integrated campaigns and thoughtful design solutions that balance the brand story with seasonal product initiatives across website, social, email, blog, events, retail, print.
• Deliver brand photography in alignment with brand plan, product storytelling and seasonal initiatives.
• Ensure seasonal consistency in voice and tone across multiple categories working collaboratively and providing leadership with various internal areas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Lead cross-functional alignment on key campaign launch moments and seasonal business priorities in market.
• Responsible for trade show and retail displays, designs, and layouts.
• Drive cross functional efficiencies and effective brand marketing engagement to optimize internal/external resourcing, managing external agencies and vendors.
• Oversee the creation of product-driven narratives that showcase brand innovation and other unique points of difference (POD).
• Closely manage budget to ensure efficiency and investment optimization.
• Translate product launches and initiatives to trade audience and key stakeholders for sales meetings, materials development, and sales tools.
• Drive ongoing creative partnership with Brand Marketing and eCommerce teams to maximize long-term potential of seasonal content and story flow(s).
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a highly organized and detailed manner.

• Successful track record leading a team; able to delegate, coach, mentor and provide effective direction and feedback.
• Strong collaboration and influence skills; able to build effective relationships with stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledgeable of Global Marketing
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certification in Fine Arts, Design, Graphic Design, or related field
• Experience in multi-channel campaigns, digital and print advertising, retail, packaging, wholesale fixturing and POP, web design and usability.
• Eight (8) years of professional creative experience, with a focus on high quality design and content in premium consumer and e-commerce environments
• Experience building a high-performance creative team.
• Highly organized with good project management skills. Able to juggle multiple, and sometimes, conflicting priorities and needs.
• Skilled in Adobe Suite, as well as Microsoft Suite
• Expertise in managing external partners, agencies, and free-lancers.
• Trained sensitivity to graphic design constraints

• Three (3) years of people management in creative and/or studio environments
• Ten (10) years of professional creative experience, with a focus on high quality design and content in premium consumer and e-commerce environments
