Job Description
REQUIRED SERVICE: Business Support VA


REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Junior Level


MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 20 hours


SHIFT TIME ZONE: CST hours


SHIFT HOURS: 10:00am to 2:00pm or 1:00pm to 5:00pm


SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday

Appointment Setter VA


  • Email Marketing Assistance: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement email marketing campaigns, engaging potential clients and nurturing existing leads
  • Lead Generation: Utilize your sales background to identify potential leads through various channels, including online research and industry-specific platforms
  • Research and Qualification: Thorough research leads to determining their suitability and potential interest in our products/services
  • Database Building: Maintain and update a comprehensive database of qualified leads, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our sales representatives, optimizing their time and maximizing efficiency
  • CRM Experience: Utilize your proficiency in CRM tools such as Flowdesk or Smartcare to manage leads and track interactions
  • Goal is to be able to obtain contact information of the director or decision maker, nurture this relationship and eventually set up a meet between the lead and the client to obtain contract


Requirements:


  • Lead Research: Strong research skills to identify and qualify potential leads in various industries and target markets
  • Native English Speaker: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively engage with prospects and clients
  • CRM Experience: Prior experience using CRM platforms like Flowdesk or Smartcare to manage leads and track interactions
  • Sales Background: Proven experience in sales or appointment setting roles, demonstrating a track record of successful lead generation and conversion
  • Database Management: Proficiency in organizing and managing lead databases, ensuring data accuracy and regular updates
  • Email Marketing: Familiarity with email marketing strategies and tools, contributing to the development and execution of successful campaigns
APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED


  • CRM : MS Excel, Flowdesk or SmartCare
  • Phone System: Provide by Client (OpenPhone)
