We are currently seeking full time COVID Testers for our client site in Ione, CA.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm


Responsibilities


  • Maintain adequate stock of all supplies, and notify supervisor of any replenishment needs. (Note that some items may have a long lead time, so it is critical to maintain stocks).
  • Provide data and information to management regarding the conduct of operations, testing processes or other related matters.
  • Maintain personal PPE and sanitization at all times.
  • Maintain sanitization of work station at all times.
  • Conduct PCR testing in a professional and efficient fashion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and courtesy to those being tested.


Requirements


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:


  • Demonstrated ability to make routine decisions in accordance with laws, ordinances, regulations, established policies, and departmental procedures.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate office equipment, including but not limited to: personal computer, adding machine, photocopier, fax machine and scanner.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills needed to work with public and other employees in a cooperative and professional manner.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and with constant interruptions.
  • Ability to work as a team player, take the initiative to develop programs, and make constructive suggestions.
  • Demonstrated ability to make routine decisions in accordance with laws, ordinances, regulations, established policies, and departmental procedures.
  • Ability to sit at a desk or stand for long periods of time.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish trust and rapport with clients and co-workers.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills both written and oral.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential/sensitive matters in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, needing little supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professional composure when confronted by stressful situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain complex clerical records and prepare reports from such records.


MUST have a diploma from one of the following programs: Medical Assistant, CNA, EMT, LVN, Phlebotomy, or similar medical program.
