• Assisting the shop with parts pickup, returns, and other errands as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform calls to customers and vendors.
• Facility cleaning (a shared role among the team)
• Assist office staff with clerical tasks.
• Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers' Culture.
• Keeping the facility clean as assigned.
• Providing safe shuttle service for our valued guests.

Qualifications:

• Motivation and willingness to serve others.
• Must be able to operate vehicles of various types and sizes.
• Meet required insurance driving record parameters including a clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years.
• Eligibility for employment as a U.S. Citizen.
• Drive to serve others.
• Must be able to use a smartphone and navigate job-specific applications.
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment (we work hard but like to have fun doing it)
• Valid Idaho state driver's license.
• A safety-conscious attitude.
• Team player mentality.
• Strong professional and polite interpersonal communication skills (great conversationalist).
• Ability to seek and accept coaching and direction.

Physical Requirements:

• The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear.
