Job Title: Court Services Management Analyst I/II
Where: Office of State Courts Administrator, Jefferson City, MO
Full-time: 40 hours
Starting Salary: $45,691-$47,634.00, depending on qualifications

This position is an opportunity for you to work with individuals who provide administrative and business information to Missouri courts.
We are recruiting to fill a Court Services Management Analyst I/II position to perform administrative assistance to courts by writing court case processing procedures and creating and updating forms that comply with Missouri statutes, Missouri Supreme Court Rules and Court Operating Rules. This includes creating codes and testing processes and procedures in the case management system. Some technical assistance is provided to courts to ensure more efficient and effective operation of the courts. Duties may include editing manuals or other case processing procedures, responding to inquiries for specific program assistance, participation in the development of statewide court automated information systems.
This position may be filled one of two ways, depending on qualifications:
Court Services Management Analyst I ($45,691) - Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or court management
Court Services Management Analyst II ($47,634) - Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or court management and one year of professional experience in a related field. Court experience preferred.
Other Key Responsibilities Include
  • Independently manages a highly specialized complex program or project, with little to no direction.
  • Makes recommendations for team development, training sessions and overall program planning and development.
  • Working with project teams to complete complex tasks.
Desired Skills And Knowledge
  • Thorough knowledge of the general rules and regulations of the judicial system.
  • Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of modern court management.
Ability to lead committees, design teams and process improvement groups from start to finish.
