Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Balance sheet and expense account reconciliations
• Assist external accountants with yearend closing and financial reporting
• Perform financial analysis for all Ciocca Dealership Group of companies
• Ensure all accounting activities conform with GAAP and company policy
• Various other financial reporting projects as needs arise
• Preparation of monthly financial statements for real estate, holding companies and various other related companies

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently
• Must possess a sense of urgency and have a strong work ethic
• Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of accounting experience desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
• QuickBooks experience highly desirable
