The Coordinator, Event Success (CES) is a Chicago office-based/remote hybrid, entry-level position responsible for supporting and building events for our Event Success Team clients as well as supporting the Senior Manager, Event Success with operational and reporting needs. This role will also lead the coordination of event attendee technology servicing needs. The CES will play an integral role in our team approach of servicing our Event Organizer community. A CES who establishes high performance and understanding of the Expo Event Technology platform will have the potential for new challenges and career advancement within our Success team.


The ideal candidate must have a lot of flexibility to travel, knows that their attention to detail is top notch, and execution is flawless. They must have the ability to multi-task, have excellent client servicing skills, and have a flexible schedule as we support events 7 days a week at all hours of the day and night.

Ok, so here are the things we need

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality Management or similar educational focus
  • Comfortable working in a team environment to assist our Success Team to onboard new customers and support existing customers
  • A friendly, flexible personality
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and a drive to excel
  • Strong writing, listening, and coaching skills
  • Strong attention to detail and purposeful execution of tasks
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Technically savvy strong Excel skills
  • Experience with Event Planning
  • Available to travel up to 65% of the time
  • Ability to juggle both B2B and B2C servicing needs
