Fulland part time opportunities available for many positions.Hiring immediately!Pay Rate $18.77/hourEssentialFunctions:Prepareand cook quantity of food required according to menu and number ofstudents.Assist in instructing cook helpersand work-based learning students in the safe, hygienic method ofpreparing and serving appetizing, eye‑appealingmeals.Maintain kitchen equipment in orderlyworkable condition; ensure work area is safe, clean and sanitary atall times.Prepare foods as directed forspecial center functions, visitors and off‑centerassignments.Assist in cleaning kitchen workareas following each meal.Supervise studentsassigned to assist in the cafeteria.Maintain asafe and clean work area that models high standards for a workenvironment.Responsible for stockroomcommodities and for recommending replenishmentitems.Provide positive, quality customerservices to students, staff and other centercustomers.Education andExperience Requirements:High schooldiploma or equivalent preferred. Food service training and one yearrelevant experience preferred. Must obtain servsafe certificationwithin 90 days of employment. Experience with youth, excellentwritten and verbal communications skills and computer proficiencyrequired. Valid driver’s license with an acceptabledriving record, unless waived bymanagement
