Immediate opening for a Warehouse Conveyor Maintenance Tech.

Responsibilities

·Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures

·Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation

·Maintain positive working relationships across the facility

·Repair potential safety hazards to avoid injuries

·Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards

·Repair, track and replace conveyor belts

·Conduct PM’s on conveyor systems

·Track and store department inventory

Perform routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, window andwall repair

Qualifications

·High school diploma or equivalent, Certification in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant work field will be a plus

·Move up to 50lbs as well as stand and walk during shift lasting up to 8 hrs.

·Proven experience as a conveyor maintenance technician

·2+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures

·2+ years of conveyor repair experience

·Carpentry ability to handle basic repairs around the building

·Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards are not overlooked

·Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices

·Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
