Controls Engineer / All Levels

Seeking Controls Engineers, Designers, Technicians and Robotic Programmers with PLC programming, troubleshooting or Controls Design experience for several permanent positions currently available in Grand Rapids, Holland, Muskegon, and Kalamazoo. Opportunities range from entry-level to Lead Controls and Engineering Manager roles. Most jobs require minimal travel. Responsibilities

• Project Engineer comprehensive systems from start to finish
• Programming, troubleshooting, and modifying automation machines, robotics, and vision systems
• Assist with start-up and technical support
• Design and program PLC and HMI software to meet requirements
• Provide electrical solutions for automation, process, assembly, or material handling equipment

Requirements

• Bachelors of Electrical Engineering (BSEE) degree or Associate's degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience.
• SCADA, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks Electrical experience also a plus
• Close attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with programming and integrating robotics, vision systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics is a plus.
• Experience programming PLCs and HMIs. All levels of Controls Engineering experience considered.
• Must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card
• Allen Bradley and Siemens experience preferred
• Able to work independently as well as within a team

Compensation and Benefits for the Controls Engineer position:

• $60,000.00 to $140,000.00 /year
