Your Impactful Role

Imagine shaping financial success as the Accounting Business Partner. In this position, you'll oversee the finance department, influencing our corporate finance journey. By partnering closely with the President and Finance teams, you'll drive positive change and growth across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuous Improvement Identify ways to simplify processes, enhance controls, and refine systems.
• Strategic Modeling Create business opportunity and cost models to support decision-making.
• Financial Precision Manage monthly closes with accuracy, driving informed decisions.
• Resource Stewardship Monitor expenses, explore working capital nuances, and promote efficiency.
• Process Enhancement Develop playbooks, policies, and procedures, optimizing our financial landscape.
• Data-driven Decisions Analyze business lines, forecast future months, and scrutinize project costs.
• Goal Alignment Harmonize P&Ls, compensation models, and bonuses with financial targets.
• Strategic Financial Insights Lead Financial Planning & Analysis, providing critical insights to steer growth.
• Team Development Mentor and guide the team, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Annual Planning Contribute to the development of Annual Operating Plans, charting our course.
• Contract Influence Help shape payment terms, contributing to successful deal outcomes.

Qualifications

• ERP Proficiency Strong experience with ERPs, enhancing financial processes.
• Financial Integrity Uphold internal controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Educational Foundation Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Manufacturing Acumen Familiarity with Percentage of Completion, diverse revenue streams.
• Collaborative Approach Work well with diverse teams, fostering cooperation.
• Experience Minimum of 7 years in financial/accounting, with 5 years in leadership roles.
• Public Company Exposure Navigate public company finance, leveraging insights for success.
