1. Implement strategic management of third-party manufacturing partners aligned with business goals, quality standards, and timelines.
2. Foster strong, long-term relationships with external partners, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations of third-party manufacturers, addressing areas for improvement collaboratively.
4. Oversee issue resolution related to manufacturing, coordinating with internal teams such as quality, engineering, and logistics.
5. Coordinate with internal teams for sales forecasts, translating them into actionable supply requirements and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
6. Provide consistent updates to senior leadership on manufacturing performance, risks, and mitigation strategies, leveraging data-driven supply chain insights for optimization.
