Contract Cosmetologist Responsibilities

• Space will include chairs, dryers, curling irons, clippers and other equipment as mutually agreed upon
• Assist tenants with arranging transportation to/from the beauty shop if they are unable to transport themselves
• Hairstylist will provide the following supplies and equipment for purposes of beautician services: chemicals, soaps, curlers, rods, rollers, pins, clippers, hairnets, shears, razors and hair dressing tools/other equipment as mutually agreed upon with facility
• Good Shepherd has no obligation to reimburse Hairstylist for beautician services provided to tenants
• Facility will provide utilities and maintenance for the beauty shop
• Supply the Business Office with a copy of the weekly beauty shop schedule
• Coordinate beautician services with tenants and staff
• Hairstylist will pay a monthly rent (amount TBD) for use of the space
• Facility will provide rental space for Hairstylist to conduct beautician services for the tenants of Shepherd Oaks Apartments
  • Space will include chairs, dryers, curling irons, clippers and other equipment as mutually agreed upon
  • Facility will provide utilities and maintenance for the beauty shop
  • Hairstylist will pay a monthly rent (amount TBD) for use of the space
• Service rates will be agreed upon with Good Shepherd management- any changes in rate will require a 30-day notice
• Abide by State of Minnesota sanitization standards for beauty shop tools
• Beautician services provided by Hairstylist to tenants shall be paid for by the tenants
  • Good Shepherd has no obligation to reimburse Hairstylist for beautician services provided to tenants
  • Service rates will be agreed upon with Good Shepherd management- any changes in rate will require a 30-day notice

Contract Cosmetologist Schedule

• Beautician services must be scheduled Monday through Friday of each week unless prior arrangements are made with the Program Director

Contract Cosmetologist Qualifications

• Must hold current beautician/hairstylist license
• Must provide federal tax ID number
• Must have liability insurance (minimum of $25,000 each claim, $50,000 total) coverage
