What You Will Do


  • Acts as a liaison between business teams and the Office of the General Counsel regarding project setups and documentation.
  • Work with attorneys within the Office of the General Counsel to finalize contract documents and project setup requirements.
  • Editing, proofing, and formatting of various legal documents, including SOWs, NDAs, BAAs and commercial client contracts.
  • Responsible for non-attorney support of legal operations.
  • Manages and archives legal documentation.
  • Respond to client questionnaires in connection with project setup.


What You Will Need


  • Efficient learner with ability to handle time sensitive projects.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Highly accurate work product
  • Proficient with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with team members and business leaders.
  • Requires a University Degree and minimum 2-4 years of work experience.

  • Relevant contracts experience


The annual salary range for this position is $52,700.00-$79,100.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
