What will you do?
  • Continuously improve the CI process by identifying new tools, techniques, and best practices that can be used to improve the effectiveness of CI.
  • Recommend training and collaborate with the Training team to facilitate training that advances CI initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, gather data, and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure that CI initiatives are successfully implemented and adopted by the organization. This includes identifying risk and resistance, aligning with stakeholders, and communicating changes effectively.
  • Document process and develop and implement process improvements that lead to increased efficiency, cost savings, and improved quality.
  • Recommend and monitor performance metrics to measure the success of CI initiatives and general operational excellence - "command center" of Client Relations' reporting suite.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of CI initiatives.
  • Pared with a CR Transformation Data Scientist, analyze data and identify areas for improvement. This includes identifying trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CI strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
What are we looking for?
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive change management efforts.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing data sets, identifying trends, and drawing insights that lead to process improvements.
