Hawk Ridge Systems is continuing to expand throughout North America by growing our already amazing team of marketing professionals and adding a new Content Writer to our talented team! We are looking for a talented and creative content creator who gets excited at the prospect of creating a variety of content, including but not limited to, blogs, emails, e-guides and web content with goals related to brand consideration, leads, pipeline, and conversion rates. You’re a self-starter who can work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Leadership, organization and communication planning come naturally to you, but you’re not afraid to pivot or experiment.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS CONTENT WRITER ROLE?

• Strong B2B writing skills 
• Experience working with Marketing automation, preferably in Marketo 
• Sales intuition - ability to create revenue-generating content, specifically through a content marketing and lead nurturing strategy 
• Collaboration--the ability to positively work with others towards the common goals of the team 
• Minimum 3 years' experience developing strategies, creating content, and growing an audience
• Data driven--you are constantly evaluating what our customers are looking for, what’s working and what’s not working and adjusting content strategy accordingly (examples include engagement, leads, and sales) 
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or equivalent work experience 
• Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and top notch organizational and project management skills in order to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment 
• Deliver results in the form of engagement, leads, pipeline and web sales

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the new hire pay range for this role is between $50,940 and $76,500. Your base pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Since we appreciate transparency, we are sharing that we expect to hire for this position up to mid-range (dependent on experience/location), which will allow you the opportunity to progress as you grow in your career.
