Job Title: Content Strategist


As a Content Strategist at 10X Studios, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the content strategy for our TV productions. You will be responsible for creating compelling, innovative, and audience-focused content plans that align with the studio's objectives and ensure maximum engagement and success. Your expertise in content creation, distribution, and audience analysis will drive the success of our TV programs, contributing to the overall growth and reputation of our studio.


Responsibilities:

  • Use audience insights to optimize content distribution and scheduling, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
  • Content Planning and Development:
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute content strategies that align with the studio's vision and goals.
  • Monitor content distribution channels to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Develop and implement content distribution strategies across various platforms, including TV networks, streaming services, social media, and the studio's website.
  • Continuously optimize content based on performance data and audience feedback to improve engagement and retention.
  • Content Distribution Strategy:
  • Content Optimization and Monetization:
  • Explore opportunities for monetizing content through partnerships, sponsorships, and other revenue-generating avenues.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to understand viewer preferences, demographics, and consumption habits.
  • Plan and curate content calendars for various TV programs, ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery.
  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the development and creation of high-quality, captivating content across different formats, such as episodes, teasers, trailers, interviews, and behind-the-scenes features.
  • Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for fresh and relevant content ideas.
  • Collaborate with marketing and promotional teams to ensure the effective promotion of TV programs and maximize viewership.
  • Set clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables for content-related projects, and monitor progress to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including writers, producers, directors, and marketing personnel, to ensure seamless execution of content strategies.
  • Analyze viewership data, feedback, and performance metrics to gain insights into content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Audience Analysis and Insights:


Qualifications:

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of the TV/entertainment landscape, audience trends, and content consumption patterns.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed content decisions.
  • Proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role in the television or entertainment industry.

This is full-time, in office position, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura FL.
