Content Producer Reviewer– Warsaw, IN


Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Content Producer at one of our Global clients in Warsaw, IN. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

Title: Content Producer Reviewer

Location: Warsaw (46582)

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Pay: open, plus benefits and PTO

Duration: long term contract


: The Content Producer Reviewer is a highly engaged individual responsible for managing content development, and implementation for all content in support of a new division. He/she will demonstrate strong project management skills with flawless attention to detail to deliver assets and move them efficiently through the copy approval system for timely handoff and implementation. He/she is an effective communicator dedicated to partnering with content owners to maximize efficiency while delivering a high standard of quality and compliance.


Responsibilities:

  • Evidence Document Updates
  • Help fuel the ongoing launch of new division value proposition
  • Website Content Management Partner with Digital Content Management Team to ensure accurate implementation of approved content on both internal and external channels
  • Seek cross-functional alignment from key content owner and copy review stakeholders as necessary to achieve approved content.
  • Collaborate with Global Growth product owners to update assets to new content and new branding or to create new product launch assets
  • Asset Updating Copy Approval
  • Ensure relevant registry data content is available externally for citation
  • Maintain updated evidence content across the new business platform
  • Ensure messaging compliance with new division narrative and brand strategy


Experience:

  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently to drive timelines
  • Ability to work in a team environment, excellent interpersonal skills
  • 2-4 Years serving in a content development capacity
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications including SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate with team effectively to positively influence collaboration, drive results and achieve desired outcomes in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Bachelor s Degree Required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with professional assertiveness to drive decision making and alignment
  • High technological and business aptitude
  • Medical Device Industry experience desired
