As a Content Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of media slated to air on various network brands. You will be responsible for conducting thorough Quality Control (QC) checks, managing media ingest, and coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth playout operations. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to delivering flawless content to our viewers.

• Facilitate smooth transitions between shifts by effectively communicating with incoming operators.
• Record incoming feeds and input metadata for near-live programming.
• Stay up-to-date with all network processes and workflows.
• Key Responsibilities: Ensure Quality of Media
• Conduct pre-screening of media to ensure accurate delivery of on-air content.
• Utility Tasks
• Assist in special projects and provide additional support to address workload gaps.
• Execute protocols in the event of media failing to meet specifications, ensuring the proper QC Fail process is followed.
• Verify that media meets required audio specifications according to network standards.
• Confirm the accuracy of media metadata within automation playout systems.
• Execute QC strategies based on content type and proximity to airtime.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in media quality control, content ingest, or related roles.
