Job Description
The Content Marketing Coordinator is responsible for designing various types of media content (print, digital, social etc.) to generate content and drive marketing campaigns. This role will execute and organize daily administrative tasks and provide project support for the marketing team, including assisting with trade shows, managing creative requests, delivering exceptional customer support and collaborating with internal teams to achieve desired marketing deliverables. This position reports to the Marketing Communications Manager.


Essential Functions:


  • Utilize brand guidelines to help design materials for branch events, company promotions, customer events, tradeshows, open-houses, and co-branded manufacturer campaigns, including print, digital, and social media needs
  • Assist in event preparation including tradeshows, customer trips, employee conferences
  • Assist with designing templates including email, direct mail (post-cards / flyers), and targeted campaigns
  • Provide general administrative support for marketing campaigns and ad hoc projects as needed
  • Coordinate Co-Op requests with manufacturing partners
  • Champion all logo’d items including company apparel, co-branded materials, and other items relating to Co-Op dollars
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
  • Update company websites and social networking sites under the guidance of the Marketing Communications Manager
  • Assist with execution of customer loyalty program


Requirements


  • Interest in water and/or sustainability industry a plus!
  • 1-2 years of design and marketing experience including utilization of: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Communication – ability to influence others internally and externally using verbal, print and electronic formats
  • Versatility – flexibility, and a willingness to work in fast-paced environment with ability to create, implement, and execute tasks
  • Interpersonal – eager to build connections and expand horizons with customers and internal departments, while working cross functionally with all departments


Education:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Art, Marketing or related field required preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe creative programs required


Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to occasionally move product weighing up to 50 pounds, including lifting, placing, pushing, and pulling
  • Ability to remain at a stationary position 50% of the time


Travel Required:


  • Ability to travel 5% of the time to join in corporate and customer events and or tradeshows


Work Environment:


  • Must have the ability to work on site in Wilsonville, OR
