✅ As a Content Creator and Writer for our platform, you will be responsible for:

1. Creating original and compelling content in various formats, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, podcasts, and videos.
2. Editing and updating existing content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and timeliness.
3. Conducting research on topics related to the military community, such as career transitions, family support, mental health, and military history.
4. Collaborating with internal teams and external contributors to develop content that aligns with our editorial guidelines and brand voice.
5. Optimizing content for search engines and social media platforms to increase visibility and reach.
6. Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing innovative ideas to expand our content offerings.
7. Monitoring content performance and using insights to inform future content development.
8. Ensuring that all content is culturally sensitive and respectful of the diverse military community.

✅ Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A strong portfolio demonstrating your writing and content creation abilities.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proven experience in creating engaging and shareable content across multiple platforms.
4. Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
5. Familiarity with the military community, including its culture, values, and unique challenges.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
7. A commitment to accuracy, integrity, and ethical storytelling.
8. Proficiency in using content management systems, social media platforms, and basic multimedia production tools.

✅ Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience creating content for a military or veteran audience.
2. Active or former military service member, or direct family member of someone who has served.
