Summary

This position is responsible for creating engaging short-form videos for social media, collaborating in content shoots, developing multi-media blog content, managing a selection of social media accounts, and finding creative ways to increase brand awareness to reach new audiences by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties

• Collaborates with the rest of the content team to plan content shoots, videos, and overall storytelling.
• Manages a selection of social media accounts by posting regularly, engaging with customers, and finding creative ways to reach our target audiences.
• Creates engaging and creative short-form videos and multi-media blog posts that tell the story of our family of brands.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorms with the team to develop content ideas.
• Creates blog content which highlights major campaigns and unique stories for our club members that utilize our talented culinary team, video production team, and legacy of Stoller Wine Group.
• Develops and executes social media campaigns that align with the brand’s marketing objectives.
• Manages key social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, and assigned Instagram profiles), including creating and scheduling content, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing metrics to optimize engagement.
• Develops creative strategies to increase brand awareness and reach new audiences.
• Works with the Content Producer to ensure that all content is consistent with brand guidelines and maintains a high level of quality.
• Reports directly to the the Content Producer.
• Creates engaging short-form videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube.
• Stays up to date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for engagement.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
• Monitors and reports on social media metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supports video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production tasks.
• Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in marketing, communication, or a related field, orthree to five years ofrelated experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience working in marketing or communications. Experience in video editing soft shares, managing social media accounts for brands, and analyzing metrics to optimize engagement. Is proficient with general camera operation skills, including basic technical understanding, good shot composition, and respectful equipment care.
