Internship Summary

The Brand Executives is currently seeking a Social Media & Web Content Intern to join the Branding team. In this role you will collaborate with developers, designers, and directors across the PR department. You will curate and re-purpose content to attract, inform, and engage our audience while maintaining and organizing content inventories and standard guidelines, including adherence to brand style.

Job Duties

At the Brand Executives, we concentrate on Digital & Social Media branding, by creating and strengthening the bond between a client and their end customer. We strive to organize successful retail programs and specialized events for our clients, to increase the benefit known as Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

Ensures online content curation aligns with brand strategy, buyer segments, and business objectives. Maximizes value of content at every stage of the user journey by:

• Willing to learn new techniques as indicated by the company.
• Identifying and resolving content and segment gaps.
• Project management and delivery
• Designing optimized digital experiences and defining personalization strategies.
• Develop a plan for digital content, including prioritization.
• Other duties as assigned
• Consulting with company clients on content goals and outcomes.
• Identifying and resolving bad press created in different platforms predefined by the company.

Requirements

• Bilingual/multilingual welcomed (French/Spanish/Italian is a plus).
• Excellent project management skills.
• 0-2 years experience in social media, web or app development or graphic design
• Basic knowledge in computer systems and web-based Systems, Including web, e-mail, word press and social media.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to create text and content for multiple platforms
