Content And Social Media Coordinator 5 Hours Per Week (Ic-Un)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting across various platforms.
• Adapt content to suit different platforms and engage with our target audience effectively.
• Design visually appealing graphics and visuals using Canva, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Content Calendar Creation and Management:
• Contribute ideas and provide support in areas related to digital marketing and social media.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all visual elements.
• Administrative Support:
• Repurpose existing content, such as blog articles or therapy materials, for use on social media platforms.
• Send reports to physicians and maintain organized records.
• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as managing emails, listening to voicemails, and making appropriate callbacks.
• Be flexible and willing to assist with various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the team.

• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute content strategies aligned with our goals.
• Canva Graphics Creation:
• Manage and monitor social media platforms, including Jane, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Create engaging and informative posts to promote our therapy services and engage with our community.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Jane, Weebly (or similar platforms), Canva, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and informative content.
• Interest and passion in therapy for children and early intervention.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage content calendars and administrative tasks.
