Position Description


The Builder Superintendent reports to the Construction Manager. This position is a hands-on role, responsible for the day-to-day construction of the Company’s homes. This role is responsible for on-site field administration, supervision, and technical management for all construction operations, including direct supervision of our trade partners, vendors, and suppliers. The Builder Superintendent coordinates material deliveries, maintains a safe work environment and enhances client relationships and strives to live the company's values and principles.


Compensation $50,000 - $80,000
