The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. Some travel required. 401K profit sharing and health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety compliance and manage quality control
• Project documentation including; daily logs, visitor logs, RFI’s, photos
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, coordinate municpal utilites, and inspections
• Oversee daily operation of construction projects

Qualifications

• Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
• 5 years of experience in construction area Strong project management and communications skills
• Proficient with on-line project management platforms
• Ability to read construction documents
