Job Summary/Basic Functions
An EKU Construction and Repair Tech II assists the craft foreman and structural supervisor in implementing and completing assigned work orders including, but not limited to construction, demolition, removal and cleanup as well as assisting other areas of facilities services as
needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: 3 years of experience required.

Job Duties:

• 10% - Maintain records of time, materials and resources according to established procedures - (Essential)
• Make minor repairs to sidewalks and roads.
• 80% - Maintains campus from a structural stand point
• Furniture assemble, disassemble and relocation. - (Essential)
• 10% - Ensures efficient operations of facilities services by completing other duties as assigned - (Essential)
