About the Role:

Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting on a weekly basis to the DCD PM of scope, budget and program status, and any other issues arising.
• The Construction Project Manager will act as assistant to the Employer’s Representative and is responsible for the delivery of the project and will be supported by a site-based team during the construction, fit-out and commissioning and handover phases of the project.
• Monitor and report on Commissioning process, checking that the Commissioning Agent has developed a Commissioning Plan and all necessary test sheets and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Equipment of what goes into a data center and how it is commissioned.
• Construction & data center experience.10 Plus years.
• Construction management, Project Management, Data Center Construction.

Location: Boydton, VA (23917)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $125000 – $200000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
