** $120,000 - $150,000 Salary Range **


Looking for your dream job as a Project Manager? Here's an exciting opportunity! Our client, a renowned Philadelphia developer and construction giant, is hiring a Project Manager for a permanent role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for these key responsibilities:

-Oversee monthly job review meetings

-Managing relationships with the design team, clients, trade partners, and inspectors

-Assisting in maintaining all inspections, logs and quality control procedures

-Recognize when RFI and change events are needed and work with the team to execute and distribute.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Multifamily/Commercial Construction as a minimum requirement
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Or relevant experience)
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
