Job Description

Our client is a Montana-based general contractor. They are looking to hire a Construction Project Manager to work on commercial ground up construction projects.


Experience and Skills you need

  • Coordination with Superintendents on schedule management
  • Negotiate and facilitate Change Orders
  • BS in Construction Management preferred
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Ground up commercial project experience
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • P&L management and cost analysis


Benefits:

  • Base salary of $80,000 - $115,000, depending on experience
