Position Summary


The Project Coordinator is responsible for processing, administering and organizing all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Project Manager. The goal is flawless execution of the project.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Ensures a safe working environment and full compliance with all Omni, OSHA, State and Local standards.
  • Assists with project follow-up to ensure jobs are complete on time, on budget while meeting or surpassing customer's expectations.
  • Issues all appropriate legal paperwork as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team.
  • Assist in preparation, delivery and tracking of all change orders and subcontracts.
  • Coordinate with accounting department to ensure vendor invoices are processed timely and accurately and checks are issued to vendors.
  • Communicating with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope & objectives.
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
  • Ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
  • Assists in preparing project proposals, timeframes, schedules and budget.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing and other duties as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite - Required

  • Proficient in English composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation - Required

  • Associates degree in Construction Management or currently attending school with an emphasis on Construction Management or equivalent work experience - Required
  • Self-directed and able to prioritize tasks - Required
  • Strong attention to detail - Preferred
