Job Description
Overview and Essential Functions Summary of Position: A successful Construction Operations Supervisor shall assist in the standardization and implementation of processes as well as assist with Operational Startup meetings. Other key responsibilities include traveling to field offices, performing operational training, monitoring operational performance, and reporting any process successes or failures to management. To be successfull in this role, candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of the telecommunication or general construction industry; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment/software; familiarity with telecommunications construction operations is a plus; candidates should have the ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data. This position requires 50% travel. Essential Functions: In order to perform this job, you must demonstrate, either by training or experience: Assist in Operational Startup meetings as assigned Stay updated on how all ECC departments operate Travel to assigned field offices as needed Perform any operational training that field offices may need on ECC processes Report any process successess or failures to the Ops Manager Monitor Field Offices as they startup operations Assist in standardizing and implementing processes Assist in standardizing and implementing processes Responsibilities:

  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
  • Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project.
  • Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project.
  • Associates Degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience.
