MENTORSHIP OPPORTUNITY

K. Hovnanian’s Baltic at Asbury Urban Renewal, LLC* and K. Hovnanian’s Aegean at Asbury Urban Renewal, LLC*, a designated Subsequent Developer by the City of Asbury Park, will be constructing two condominium buildings. The Baltic will have 17 units and the Aegean will have 27 units in the City of Asbury Park.

K. Hovnanian’s Baltic at Asbury Urban Renewal, LLC* and K. Hovnanian’s Aegean at Asbury Urban Renewal, LLC* is looking to establish one (1) mentorship for small businesses to gain experience in large scale construction. Applications for this mentorship program can also be submitted at the Workforce Information Session. Work and train with a large multifamily contractor in your field and learn the requirements and skills necessary to work for a large builder.
