- Guest Experience: Uphold the highest standards of luxury service and guest satisfaction. Implement and monitor service programs to ensure exceptional guest experiences and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting. Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to optimize revenue, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and industry best practices. Conduct regular quality assurance assessments to maintain and enhance service and operational excellence.
- Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of department heads and employees. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting employee engagement, growth, and retention.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information and adhere to privacy regulations and company policies.
- Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership to all departments, ensuring seamless and efficient operations. Oversee guest services, front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other areas as required.
- Community Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with the local community, business organizations, and tourism entities. Represent the hotel at industry events and participate in relevant community initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies in the luxury hotel industry.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel management, with at least 5 years in a General Manager role.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing luxury full-service hotels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a deep understanding of luxury service standards.
- Ability to work in a confidential and discreet manner.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
