We are currently seeking1st Shiftand2nd ShiftProduction Associatesfor aconstruction based manufacturerinSpartanburg.This is a temp to perm position, with advancement opportunities.
Pay Rates & Schedule
First Shift$17.64 Monday - Friday 10 to 12 hour shifts dependent upon need First shift start time: 6 AM until completed.
Second Shift$18.64 Monday - Friday 10 to 12 hour shifts dependent upon need Second Shift start time: 6 PM until completed.
On the job training in a positive environment with room for advancement.

As a production worker, you will be responsible for completing the following duties:

• Clean form with tools to remove all concrete buildup on forms prior to the next pour.
• Perform form cleaning, reinforcing set-up, form set-up, concrete pouring & finishing, and work area clean up.
• Must be able to follow defined work plan and details.
• Assist in production of concrete product from subassemblies and raw material.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor

All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high quality products.
Language Skills:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
