What are the requirements?

The crew member should be able to safely move about a jobsite, bend, lift, and otherwise be able to handle materials, hand-held equipment, and supplies. More specifically, previous concrete construction is needed for this project. Finally, T&T does not provide transportation to the jobsites, so the employee is responsible for getting to and home from the worksites.

1. Applications are available from the local superintendent at the Hwy. 412, Dyersburg jobsite (April 5 or later). Job applicants can coordinate the application process by calling 731-695-5075 to schedule an interview with the project superintendent. OR, as an alternative, the applicant may visit the Thomson & Thomson home office at 1631 Ashport Road, Jackson, TN between the hours of 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (please, no phone calls to the office).

2. Provide a copy of a government-issued ID
3. Provide a copy of the Social Security card
4. Be prepared to take and pass a drug test
5. Be prepared to take a pre-employment light physical
