We are looking for a Concierge Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our members. As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-touch, personalized support to help our members achieve their financial goals. At Facet, we believe that everyone should have access to expert financial advice, and we're looking for someone who shares that vision.


Responsibilities


  • Proactively engage with members to understand their needs and goals
  • Collaborate with our planners to provide comprehensive financial planning solutions to our members
  • Continuously improve our service offering by identifying opportunities for process improvements and new tools or resources
  • Respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our members during the account opening and funding process, providing them with exceptional service and support
  • Participate in member onboarding activities and help new members get up to speed on our technology platform and service offerings
  • Help members navigate our technology platform and provide guidance on how to use our tools effectively


Requirements
  • Experience with financial planning software and tools preferred
  • Deep experience with financial products including account types, common transactions, cost basis, and retirement plans
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and be flexible/adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Must be available to work 11 AM - 8 PM EST (9 AM - 5 PM PST) shift, Monday through Friday
  • 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on member service and support
  • If these WiFi speeds are not met, it will be the employee’s responsibility to troubleshoot and potentially upgrade to meet the minimum speed
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with members
  • Must be able to meet and consistently maintain the minimum WiFi standards in order to efficiently work in the Company’s environment, and effect quality online connections
  • A minimum of 15+Mbps upload speed, 50Mbps download speed, and a latency of under 100
