Welcoming customers upon entrance and confirm reservations. Acting as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information. Understanding customer's needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel.

• Receive and redirect mail, phone calls, packages, etc
• Anticipate guests needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience
• Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended
• Answer phone an email inquiries from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner
• Offer restaurant and activity recommendations and assist guests in arranging transportation and excursions
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed
• Act as a liaison between guests and any department necessary including the kitchen, housekeeping, etc
• Ensure that guest spaces and lobby are clean and tidy at all times
