Job Description

General Position Scope:
Under general supervision, execute daily file uploads and verification of system updates.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Verify the nightly e-banking files are sent to Digital Insight and processing is complete.
Perform validation of account updates in Xperience, eBankPlus, and CallPlus.
Perform validation of nightly processing completing successfully.
Print CD & IRA checks.
Perform ILS file imports and calculations of customer OD limits.
Process the ILS Overdraft Limits Bounce file.
Create the ILS Overdraft and Frequent letters and move them into Synergy (cold storage).
Perform the End of Day Zelle processing.
Perform the R360 Date Check validation.
Run Foxtrot jobs: ILS RemoveLetter, ILS Change Letter, Bankruptcy Collection Letters, Risk Rating, Referrals for checking and loans.
Develop Foxtrot scripts for mass updates.
Assist in Workflow Quality Assurance testing.
Process the ATE Visa, NSF OD, and Loan Payment NCR files.
Verify Visa files are received and moved to IntelliMatch.
Download the Zelle customer file from the Jack Henry Data Center and Upload it to Fiserv.
Monitor security cameras to verify all are operational.
Courteously answer user questions and resolve issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
On-Call nightly (10pm-6am) and on weekends on a rotation.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of Bank products, services, policies, procedures, and appropriate regulatory issues as related to daily job functions including but not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act; Privacy Act; Fair Lending Act; Regulation E, etc. Complete required compliance training and adhere to the Bank’s standard of conduct.
Participation in the bank’s High-Performance Rewards Connections program.
Make referrals to the Mortgage Center and Wealth Management.
Position Requirements:
High School diploma
2 or more years of experience in a customer/client support role.
General computer knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot computer problems.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, to include Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Communicate with other employees and team members, both in writing and verbally.
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work within a 24x7 environment.
Available to be on call and work after hours as required.
