Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Producing detailed plans for engineers from other disciplines to follow.
• Collaborating with engineers to develop, manufacture and market products.
• Designing project frameworks.
• Making time and expense estimates on a project basis.

·Creating two and three- dimension technical drawings.

• Training and offering support and guidance to their team.
• Developing procedures and standards for a design team.
• Coding and testing software.
• Overseeing assistant drafters and others involved in a design project.
• Finding technical solutions to meet a client’s goals.

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills, And Education Required

• Work under the direction of multiple project managers (engineers).
• The successful candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently on
• Familiarity with software applications that aid in daily recording of information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Create plans and profile drawings.
• Three years or more experience as a CAD drafter and/or engineer.
• Ability to read and understand electronic drawing.
• Ability to learn to produce clear markups for producing as-built drawings.
• Ability to learn software programs such as Autodesk CAD platforms.
