Compounding / Filler Operators - Swing Shift

Schedule

• $2.00/hour shift differential included
• 4:15pm - 2:30am, Monday- Thursday, some Fridays

Responsibilities And Duties

• Duties include helping on the production line and assisting in the sanitation of
• Inspect batch components ensuring quality is maintained. Assure batch records are filled out correctly and completely using good documentation practices
• Perform set up and operation of bottle flipper
• Maintain an accurate inventory of raw materials used in weigh out through periodic inventory cycle counts
• Weigh out and Compound of raw materials according to batch records; documenting all true weighs, lot numbers and any variation made during such duties in the batch records
• Conduct filling operations using either
• Operate pasteurization equipment and level of product in the holding tank during production to maintain temperature requirements for fill temperature according to batch records
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
• Follow all company policies and Operational Procedures for weigh out, compounding, and filling of raw materials.

Qualifications And Skills

• Prior knowledge of cGMP is helpful
• Visual acuity required is the minimum standard for use with those whose work deals largely with visual inspection involving small defects, handling small parts, operation of simple machines,
• Bi-lingual helpful, English and Spanish
• Must be able to withstand long periods of standing in one place.
• Prior experience in clean room liquid production.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
