About The Role


Passionate about environmental, cultural, or historic preservation? Your next role could help preserve the beauty and health of our environment as we build our telecom infrastructure nationally. We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and personable Compliance Specialist who can ensure environmental preservation as we bring next-generation technology to the nation. Based in our friendly Atlanta Office, you will ensure compliance with NEPA and other federal agency requirements while managing our 3rd party consultants. Over the coming years, we will be expanding telecom projects across the nations from venues, outdoor spaces, and public transportation. Assisting the Compliance Program Manager with tracking and completion of those requirements you will be at the heart of ensuring the preservation of the environment.


What You’ll Be Doing


As part of the compliance team, you’ll help with the tracking and completion of all environmental compliance requirements including NEPA, FCC, and FAA requirements for various telecom infrastructure projects. You’ll mainly be involved with:


  • Ensuring compliance with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and all other federal agency requirements related to telecommunications infrastructure
  • Providing 3rd party vendor management and oversight
  • Providing feedback for policy/procedure improvement
  • Maintaining the internal database as a compliance document repository
  • Conducting periodic audits of operational assets against regulatory compliance policy


What You’ll Bring

You will also have some of the following:


  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other database software
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, Environmental Science, or Ecology
  • Experience with construction and environmental compliance
  • In depth knowledge and experience with environmental auditing and a previous exposure to NEPA
  • Secretary of Interior Qualifications as a Historian, Architect, or Archaeologist
