Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (required)
BLS Certificate upon hire (required)
Valid driver's license and insurability (required)
Community Health Worker Certificate within the first six months of employment (required)
Proficient computer skills, including internet-based applications
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to work remotely with supervision
A genuine passion for serving others with exceptional attention to boundaries and professionalism
Active involvement in the community served or being a valued member of the community
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience in a health care or community service setting
