Community Health Educator Jobs

This position will provide and coordinate health education workshops in the community. Responsible for promoting and recruiting new leaders and participants for programs, tracking data and reporting program success, and planning special community health events. Position will work with community partners and internal leaders on creating community outreach/health education materials. Works collaboratively with Community Health Program Manager to evaluate long-term success and alignment with CHNA priorities. Work Experience: Work experience: 1-2 years experience in community health to include health promotion, facilitating health education workshops, public presentations, and data collection.

Education Qualifications

Bachelors degree health education preferred, Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) preferred.

Pay Range

$20.91 - $31.37 / hour

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
